Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for supporting the Elizabeth River Trail through your purchase! Every purchase helps fund trail improvements, programs, and community access. 

At this time, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or returns. 

We are happy to offer exchanges for equal-value merchandise under the following conditions: 

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. 
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. 
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. 
  • Customers are responsible for any costs associated with exchanges. 

Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for unworn, unused merchandise in original condition. 

You may request: 
  • An exchange for a different size (if available) or color (if available)

At this time, all sales are final and we do not offer returns. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the Elizabeth River Trail vibrant and accessible to everyone through your support and purchase! 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received or purchased the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. As long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition we will gladly replace the item with the correct size (if available). 

How to an Exchange: 
Please email hello@elizabethrivertrail.org with the Subject Line "Exchange Request" and include: 
  • Your order number 
  • Item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
  • Reason for the request
We'll provide next steps.
